I have a extensive back ground in Software Engineering, Data Engineerinng, Data Science and Advance Statistics.   Please note, most of my work was done in professional settings, on company computers and owned by the company I worked for at the time.  This makes it difficult to show direct examples of work in my portfolio.

First and foremost, I am an engineer.  I made a decision early in my engineering career that computers, data and analytical skills were required monkey wrenches in my engineering toolbox.  So through experience, degrees and continuous education I developed these skils into expertise.  

In general, I have developed expertise implementing automated measurement and data pipelines. These pipelines include abstraction layers for measurement, signal acquisition and\or data collection, parsing, transformation, mapping, importing, data modeling, database design, SQL, statistical analysis and highly technical presentations used for discovery, inference, prediction and decision support.  

Two other tools which are in my tool box are Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.  I have expert knowledge and skills with both of these.  I began using them when they first became available to the public, actually I started using Microsoft Access as a beta version in 1992 before it was first released to the public.
